HartSCI is looking for an experienced Technical Programs Manager to join our company. This person will lead a talented team of engineers and scientists in a fast paced but small company atmosphere.

General qualifications are as follows:

- Degree in optical, mechanical, software engineering or advanced degree in physics or astronomy.

- 10+ years in the field leading cross-functional teams.

- Experience with managing DoD technical projects, contracts and SBIR's including reporting, scheduling, budgeting and tracking requirements a definite plus.

- Good verbal and written communication skills to include preparing written reports for government programs as well as proposals for new projects.

- Must be located in or able to relocate to Tucson, AZ as this is a hands-on position with the team, the hardware and our customers.

- Some light travel involved; domestic and foreign.
